1. Governance, Risk and Compliance
Responsible for Board secreterial services as well as compliance monitoring and enterprise risk.
2. Public Relations and Stakeholder Engagement
The department is responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, the branding and marketing of the ECB, and also for the administration of corporate social investment activities of the ECB.
3. Projects and Strategy
Reports on and tracks the progress and implementation of projects and the Integrated Strategic Business Plan.
4. Operations and International Affairs
Management of operations in the CEO's office and relations with affiliated organisations locally, continentally and internationally including bilateral contracts.
