Legal and Regulatory Affairs

Legal Affairs Functions:
The Legal Affairs section is responsible for ensuring legal compliance and providing legal advice and legal services to the other ECB sections.

Regulatory Affairs Functions:
The main functions of Regulatory Affairs (RA) are to manage licenses, research, plan, coordinate and provide expertise to the ECB on the Namibia Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) issues as well as to render support in the areas that are not clearly economic or technical in nature.
